We also provide an annual health review by an on-staff RN with annual updates to your File of Life medical history, so you can trust your health information is always up-to-date. There is a 24-hour emergency medical response system in every cottage, so if you are experiencing a medical crisis, help will be on the way within a matter of minutes.
6. Transitional Assistance and Support
We understand, too, the challenges that can come with long-term health when aging, which is why we offer transitional support and priority access to our Falmouth House Assisted Living or Legacy Memory Care residences at OceanView if needed.
